At the beginning of this year, we moved into a new Kitchen space — and we’re excited to finally share it with you.
You’ll find our kitchen at Bridge Street Studio Collective, 131 Bridge Street, a vibrant space filled with other creatives. Our doors are open, and you’re warmly welcome to come and have a look.
We’ve imagined this kitchen as more than just a place to work. It’s been designed as a space to create, share, and connect.
Behind the scenes, our back room is where the magic really happens — early morning preparations, baking trays coming in and out of the oven, careful assembly, and a bit of organized chaos.
At the front, things are a little different. Our showroom space opens onto the collective space, with a window into our world. You’ll often see us working at our stone bench, shaping dough or tempering chocolate. This space is intentionally flexible — sometimes a pop-up shop, sometimes a workshop, sometimes a meeting place, and sometimes something entirely new.
For now, we’re producing to order from Wednesday to Friday, with pickups available between 9am and 3pm.
And of course, you can still find us every Saturday at the Nelson Market.
It’s a new chapter for us, and we’re really happy to be able to share it with you.
