Inspired by the elegance of a traditional high tea and reimagined for coffee lovers, this exclusive morning event pairs carefully brewed Chemex coffee with a degustation of eight handcrafted pastries. Enjoy four savoury and four sweet creations, each showcasing K-Oui’s signature fusion of French pâtisserie techniques and Korean-inspired flavours.

Hosted at the new Bridge Street Studios, on the last Saturday of every month, this intimate experience offers a rare behind-the-scenes look at both crafts. Tour Sublime’s roastery, see K-Oui’s kitchen in action, and meet the makers behind the food and coffee.

With only 25 seats available, this is a small and immersive event designed for those who appreciate exceptional coffee, fine pastries, and creative craftsmanship. For an even more exclusive experience, three guests will have the opportunity to secure a coveted Chef’s Table seat within K-Oui’s kitchen, enjoying a front-row view of the action.
