We are always looking for a local alternative for our ingredients. The local market being our favorite place to shop fruits, creams and nuts.
To design our newest dessert creation we are using french patisserie technics and twist the flavours with some Korean inspirations.
Sustainable practices
We care about our impact on the environment, for this reason all our packagings are home compostable. We have a low waste kitchen, a compost and we travel by bike whenever possible.
